Attachment Status

2. Attachment Status
The attachment status shows the current status of a given attachment.  The attachment status can be in one of five states:

  • Synchronized - attachments in this state are current with the attachment version stored on the server.
  • Available Online - attachments in this state are not available locally but can be downloaded from the CompleteProject network.
  • Updated Locally - attachments in this state have been modified locally and the changes have not yet been uploaded to the CompleteProject network.
  • Updated Remotely - attachments in this state have been updated remotely and those changes have not yet been downloaded.  Therefore the local copy is out of date.
  • Unable to Synchronize - attachments in this state have been updated locally and remotely and can therefore not be synchronized.  The only way out of this state is to remove the local copy and re-download the file and then reapply your changes to the newly downloaded file.  Once the changes have been applied you can commit your changes.
