Calendar

The CompleteProject Calendar has very advanced features. It does almost everything you would expect a software calendar to do.  All information in the CompleteProject calendar is private and not shared with other team members.  The primary function of the CompleteProject calendar is to:

  • Set Appointments.
  • Set Reminders.
  • View Appointments and Reminders.
  • View Task due dates.

Use the calendar's "Recurring Events" feature to remind you about events like birthdays, anniversaries or weekly appointments.

Appointment

3. Appointment
An appointment is...well, an appointment. Appointments have a number of different attributes that can be set in the "Appointment" window.

One attribute of particular importance is the "Label" attribute. This attribute can be set by right clicking on the appointment and selecting "Label As". CompleteProject supports a wide variety of labels - each with its own color code. The labels are used to color the appointments.  Importantly, labels are also used for reporting purposes.

To change a month or year, click on the appropriate left or right arrow located at the top of the Date Selector.

Note several special dates in the calendar above are marked. Dates that are marked in a bold font contain calendar items. Dates marked in red are nonworking days.  Note the 31st of May is a holiday in the calendar shown.
